Happy Mother's Day!

We had a wonderful Mother's Day on Sunday. Tony decided to work up a dinner with his parents, and the great grandparents, along with Nana, Grandpa Doug, and all of my siblings. However, Ali and Ben were MIA due to her having the flu. But Tony made his grandma's famous homemade spaghetti and meatball dish. Delicious as always. It takes quite sometime to make, so we started the night before and were up till 11:30 so the sauce could simmer. It was really fun.
We also managed to get two tables of people in our dinning room! So much fun.

Here are the ladies. Jen, Mom, Me and Jill. However, Jill was trying to point out the fact that I'm pregnant (in case some of you missed that), but instead it appears as though she needs to use the restroom. No worries though, promptly after this photo was taken we excused her to use the bathroom as needed.

All the gals and Noah. Grandma Shelby missed the photo op, but somehow we got everyone else in.
Right after the last picture, Noah wanted GeGe to hold him, so she sat down and that also needed a picture.

Here is everyone enjoying the dinner. This is Noah's second helping. He is down to the diaper from the first round. And went right for seconds with Grandma Mary!

The end of round one.

The highlight came after dessert though, when Tony made a special request of his mom. He wanted her to take Noah for a ride on the lawn mower. This was monumental on many levels. One, she hates bugs, and two isn't one for danger...therefore never has been on one. But she was up for it!! So we gathered some protective clothing and were off for some lessons. Check out the purple crocks!

Tony giving vital instructions like "here is the brake".

And off she went. Tony kept yelling, "Mom take your foot off the brake!"

Noah patiently waiting for Grandma to figure it out so he could get a turn. He is already with his ear muffs. This thing gets loud.

After a some practice they were off and having a great time.

The funniest part was Tony and his dad walked along side her the entire time, in case someone needed to catch her or Noah. Hehe. Not really...but sorta.

My mom even jumped in for the fun and Noah loved it since that meant more time on the beloved tractor.

The fun doesn't stop there though. Noah quickly spotted all the cars and went to drive Grandma and Grandpa's. Henry was there also and that made it extra fun. Noah just wants to drive everything, all the time.

He also needs the drivers door closed for it to be official. He was laughing and having a good time with Henry there. I just missed the shot of the two of them looking out. But it was cute either way.

Alright. In loo of mother's day, I took a picture of the ever growing belly. This is right at 35 weeks. I documented each week with Noah and this time has been a bit different. I just keep forgetting to take some. Everything has been good, tons of contractions and pressure, and we are just very ready and exited to have another little on in our home. We will keep you posted.

Here are a few more pictures of the park. Just can't get enough of this place. Noah was fascinated with the ducks and ran up and down the water line trying to get one.

Here he is coming back after one long chase. I let him go over there since no one was around, and I could still see him. Once I called him to come back he ran over to me and sat down in my lap. He has such a fun personality.

Just before I told him we left, he had to check out the tunnel.
