So many things, So little time

I get the award for most behind and least updated that is for sure! I hate missing weeks of blogging because this is the only way I have to document the days that have now turned blurry. But I digress, Sadie is a full time walker these days. She has many words and loves to be loved. She continues to hug everything, and attempt those which she cant hug. Like the doggie on T.V. or outside, or the bird in the book. She will still attempt though. She is a full time stair crawler so we have to be careful because it gets tricky on the down part. She is just barely 13 months. She eats on her own, in fact, insists that it be so and now has mastered the art of a tantrum. Most likely to cause one is a diaper change, or cleaning of the hands and face after eating. Most loved things besides Noah and Zach is a bath.

I think this is one of the few shots I have gotten with just the two of them. I was surprised at how much I thought they looked alike in this picture!

She at times is super human. She pushed Zach. Actually used this toy, with Zach in it, and pushed him around all by herself. Yea, Im not sure if she is strong or if he is light or a combo, but it was a tiny bit weird none the less.

Noah also had a day at school where they showed the kids the school bus. Boy was this a big day. They got to get instructions on safety and then ride for 1 mile around, and get off. It was so fun for them and semi emotional for me. Just knowing that its time for him to learn about this and soon it will be his turn. We have decided to keep Noah in preschool one more year. His school has a two year preschool for this reason. His late August birthday puts him right at the line and we decided to wait. He was ok with it and Zach will be thrilled to join Noah for 2 days next year.

Speaking of Zach...

He continues to bump and bruise. This was the latest of events aside from multiple knee scrapes and finger pinches. Notice the chin which was scraped up the night before, then re-done the very next morning along with the fat front lip. I cannot even remember how this one happened, there are just so many now. It is amazing how much one kids can hurt himself, but now Im starting to feel bad for him. Its just non stop.

Tony has also become a garage sale fanatic. It just took one weekend of amazing deals to leave an impression. This super cool carrier...15 bucks. Online? $150. Totally in great shape. I keep saying she is in a Sherpa. Or however its spelled. Its big and she isnt light, but it will come in handy with the shade for sure.

Here is the $30 dollar batman bike. The two boys who were selling it, threw in the helmet for good measure and Noah was even wearing a batman shirt when we got it. All good things. He rides it everyday. Then last weekend we got Zach a blue bike with training wheels for $20 so we are set. They are like new and they ride and ride and there are far less accidents then when they rode the scooters. Especially for Zach.

And last on the list was this doll house. Its been fun especially for all the little girls that come over. Its taken us over a year to get anything pink around here and slowly its trickling in. Everyone plays with this and does different things. I just like that we do it together.

Now we have been blogging for over 5 years so you all are family, so I felt it was ok to post this. Zach and Sadie got into things under my sink while I was in the shower. I actually caught it on video, but Zach figured out that these items stick on one side. So he promptly put it on Sadie and sang "Happy Birthday" over and over. She lit up like a Christmas tree and proudly wore it. Oh we were laughing. My sister mentioned it looked like a fashionator.

Sadie and the boys find this most amazing. Dont look at the organization, they use this as their kitchen and the hide-a-way. I find her crawling around here often.

We have also loved getting into baseball. Our backyard is getting used for practice. Look how far Noah is throwing to Tony! Our little yard up top just had balls in the neighbors yard. So we also invested in garage sale baseballs for 25 cents.

Tony has been doing his softball and the kids have loved watching him play. He pitches and does a really great job. Before and after the boys join him in stretches and running the bases. The minute we tell Noah we are leaving for daddys baseball, he gets decked out in the gear.

Like father, like son.

Watching daddy...

I told Zach to smile, and this is what he chose to do with himself.

Lastly we have loved a new park right by our house. It is big, lots of grass and has play toys that both kids can do! Yay! I cant walk there but its a short drive.

I hope you are all well and I promise to try to keep up on the pictures!
