I just cannot seem to get my life together. Well, at least my time. I have hundreds of pictures that I have taken. Sadie's birthday celebrations, Easter, Easter egg hunts...but have found zero time to blog. ZERO! So here is a sneak peak until I get some of that golden time.
Who knows what inspired Zach, I'm sure he has no idea how funny he looked. He was at it for a while until I noticed and then got my phone. Please notice the batman outfit is still in high demand.
Once at the park, we played. It was grand. Sadie is active and desires to be in it with everyone. Eating wood chips and swinging are her favorite things right now.
This was us at her 1 year check up. She was such a champ. Happy despite no morning nap. She is in the 65% for weight which is surprising since she is a little chunky monkey. Which we love. She also decided to show off her sudden walking skills right in front of the dr. If there is any toy in her sight line it gets a hug. Even animals on books get a quick squeeze before she throws it down. She also has continued to be a super napper. Needing now assistance from me. Just her bed and a pacifier. Which has been a huge life saver. She has a handful of words and a few signs so she is doing great. We love her and are so thankful for the laughter she gives us.
Lastly, my half marathon is this Sunday. I have been training for 6 months and pretty much am on burn out. I hate to say I'm looking forward to it being over, but it has been time consuming along with many early mornings. I do love to run and it has been a fun goal, but a break is much needed. So if you think of me at 7 am Sunday, wish me luck!
