Well it has been an exiting time here at our house. We have painted, reorganized, taken out walls, ripped up floors and, removed and replaced the washer/dryer, and started to make a mud room. So here are some progress pics but even as I blog so much has changed.
We decided to take out the dividing wall between our kitchen and dining room, and so Tony had to build a "tent" to guard from all the dust. Noah thought this was really cool. Especially since he could drop his ball through the ladder and watch it roll away.

Here was our laundry room. We removed the washer and dryer and floor. Plus these cabinets. As of now there is bead board on this wall and once it is dry, we will paint it and the room, then put the new floor in. This room turned out to be a good size. Soon it will have a bench for shoes and sitting, with a place for mail and keys and coats.

This is our garage. Just on the other side of the old laundry room. They had to redo all the plumbing to accommodate the washer/dryer and sink that will be out here. This part was much more involved than I imagined.

As of now, the wall is patched up with insulation and drywall and the machines are hooked up, and tomorrow it will all look normal.

Here is the guest bathroom downstairs. We basically are redoing this entire room. Except for the paint. That is new. But we needed a new toilet and sink, then the floor was so bad and it was a good time to replace that if we wanted, so that came up also.

Here is the current state. Other than the new sub floor is placed and ready for the new stuff.

Here is Tony and his Uncle Guy taking down the wall in the tent.

And this pic just shows partially what it looks like without it. It really opened things up. Both rooms just seem so much bigger now. It is great. Big change, but really fun. As they were cutting I just got a bit nervous that it was a mistake, but it is very nice to have it gone now.
This by the way, was for Alissa's (the one in the blue) b-day party. We saw a movie and had some friends over for pizza and gab. Very fun. Plus Noah had to be around all the girls.

The neighbor's behind us had a bday party for their little boy on the same day. He just turned two. It turned out to be very fun. Noah was obsessed with the balloons and neat ol' grandpa who had fun teaching Noah to catch it.

Here are the three boys of the neighborhood. Noah, Wyatt (middle), and Bryant (bday boy). I think this is the first time we have them all on camera together.

The balloon boys.

Noah found all the fun toys they had, and helped himself!

At present time, Noah was fascinated with the whole thing and was content to stand in the middle of it all and watch.

But by the end he was in Tiffany's lap watching. It was really only a matter of time.

They also just got a puppy. Named Espresso. He is also a Papillion! Noah of course loved on him and gave him big hugs. He was surprisingly gentle.

Here is what we do at our house every morning. Now if Spencer runs away, Noah gets very upset and hurt and we have to bring Spencer over for the Good Morning hug. Then the day may continue.

Here we are just havin some fun. We moved all of Noah's toy's and we had to go through them and play with them all. But whenever he see's these goggles he makes us put them on. He thinks it is hilarious. So thankfully we had two pair and Noah put some on too.

...then Spencer needed a turn too...

Here Noah has decided to take them off daddy, but Tony was afraid it would smack his face. This went on for a while. Take off, put on...

and laugh and laugh. This is super entertaining for him and us!

To clarify, our face is doing much better but it did get ugly for a bit. I just wanted to show the newest things to grace his head. A washcloth.
the headband. The outfit is perfect. He looks like Rambo. It is so funny because he finds it and I don't notice right away, and he just puts it on and continues to play. Then when I do turn around it is super funny. It is as though he forgot he put it there.

Oh yes, and the Star Trek glasses are cool too.

This was one of the worst days for color, but the camera really didn't pick up how dark it was. Either way he is all better now. It is just funny how people would stop us to ask if he got a boo boo....um...yup he did alright!

Baby update. Really not too much going on until next week, although I am 5 months now and half way there! Whoo Hoo! But that is when we find out the sex for sure and they measure him and stuff. This is the one where we get really neat pictures and get to see what he looks like if we want.
I also had started to run again. Things were great for a while but then some contractions started so I have to stop. Back to walking. Such a bummer because I didn't run fast, but it still seemed like I wasn't even pregnant. Which was nice. So I will go back to walking unless I get the contractions back.
The baby kicks constantly now which is super fun and Tony has even felt him now. Noah also hugs and kisses the baby in mommy's belly when we talk about it. Very sweet. Sorry this is all so lengthy. I miss blogging and hope to get back into it on a regular basis. Thanks for hanging in there with this busy time!!!
