Well, these are all out of order..but I wanted to get them in. We had a wonderful time in Vegas. I think we only did 1/10th of what was there to see. I guess we will need to go back...darn.
Out for a pre-show snack.
We tried to get a picture with these guys as we were walking back to our hotel. But they stopped us and said they do this for a living and travel all over, and accept donations. So, for this picture, we paid 10 dollars. Soak it in baby, because this is going to be framed and posted on Tonys grave stone one day! 10 dollars?!?!
I thought the 10 dollars I spent here was well worth it though!
Here is the great couple we went with Matthew and Nikki. This was at the top of Miracle Mile Mall. They build walk way so its much faster to get to the stores. Its huge and the walls are glass so you can see all the great lights.
It wasn't long until we let the gambling begin! We actually didn't do much of it. This was in fact, the only machine I did play on. I played some "War" which was fun and won $30, but totally lost my 20 on this machine.
This was the night we went clubbing. On the top of the Palms hotel, its called Ghost Tower or something like that. 53rd floor. There was even a section that was just plexy glass and you could stand on it and look all the way down...kinda takes your breath away. We also saw the Real World Las Vegas filming some people. A camera crew, and sound crew followed them around for a bit. We decided to make a cameo and walk in front of them. Tony swears he just needed to go out the door and the camera was there...anyway, we will be looking for our faces soon!
We then moved on to the other side of Palms. They had two more clubs there, Playboy and Moon. They are all so different. You have to take an elevator up with a bunch of drunk people but it was fun to see each of them. The playboy did have people dressed in bunny outfits. Some big hitters in there. It was packed so we went to the Moon. It was fun because it was also 53 stories up and they kept the retractable roof open and we danced under the stars. Till about midnight, then we left. As we got out of the elevator the line was HUGE! So we were glad we left when we did. Got the experience but not the crowds.
Next day Tony did it right by getting a mall massage.
We saw Pete Rose. This is all he did while people took pictures of him. Super. Then we walked through a cigar shop which carded me for not being 21. Heck yes!
Outside the restaurant was a wall of miscellaneous body parts. How do we not take a picture?
Tony went in for the kiss!
Our Eiffel Tower dinner on the last night that overlooked the Bellagio hotel. After, we took a town car to La Reve. which was also amazing. Pretty sure I gained a few ulcers just by watching them dangle and hang and fall 100 ft into water!
It took over 8 people to help us get here. People coming and going and caring for our little ones. The kids did great. Noah actually loves doing things out of the normal. So he enjoyed it. Zach was fine and Sadie protested the first day but did better everyday after. Thank you to Becky for staying with them and loving them as you did! You are priceless to us!
