I know two posts in the same week is a lot, but I am not FINALLY feeling a bit caught up between the camera and the phone. So here are the phone shots.
Zach-o is quite interested in "underwears". He does occasionally take off his diaper and put one on inside out with pride, and other times he just lets me put them on over his diaps. Then, yesterday of all things, he took himself to the bathroom and went. Over 3 times of success! I am thinking its time.

Sorry this picture is a bit icky. This is not a re-do post. He was in fact, once again in the hospital. It was quite a sad morning because he and Noah got into a little tiff and Noah in his frustration of his little brother, threw him to the ground. Not unusal, except this time his head went full force into the bookshelf. I knew the second it happened it wasnt good. Noah saw all the blood and went ran...shaking with his hands in his mouth and hid in the far corner of the house. Hysterical and traumatized. We pulled together to call a friend over as Zach and I rushed over to the hospital and met Tony there. They got us right in. I didnt mean to cut Tony off, but I was only getting Zach and I wish I had got them both. But he was brave as always.

Then they put on this bandage that has ointment in it to help numb it up. Im not convinced it totally helps, but we sat here for 15 minutes until it was time. I was a complete nervous wreck. I tell you what. Normally I am pretty ok, but this time I am so thankful Tony was there. It still gives me goose bumps. They laid him down and put a sheet over his arms and a paper over his head to keep it steriel. Then Tony had to help hold him down as he cried. I kissed his toes and sang "Jesus loves me". The dr joined in and we praised the Lord together. Thankful.

In the end Zach was pretty certain he needed a green sucker. A big donut didnt suffice when we couldnt find a sucker, so off we went to get one. Boy was he elated when he saw it. So, so happy for his green sucker. He came home and we saw Noah and Noah was super sad. He said over and over that he didnt mean to hurt Zach. So we talked about Cain and Abel a bit and then we played and had some lunch. So thankful for our friend Jessica who jumped in on a moments notice to rescue the other kiddos and feed them until we were home.

After some lunch and Tylenol he took over a 4 hr nap on our bed with buzz. He was out. So tired.

I laugh at this picture. Buzz looking up at Zach. Such pals. He woke happy and had dinner and some more Tylenol. So we will see what tomorrow brings.

Mary also had a birthday. So we celebrated the best we knew how. With cake and singing and dinner!

She was so sweet to spend the night with us and do puzzles with the kids so Tony and I could go on our first long run. It was very cold but very fun. For me at least. Tony did great but his back has paid for it ever since.

A little bit of my Zach-o. Such a character. He doesnt use his pacifier except for bedtime, but in this case, he needed both of course.

Plus, at this very moment, at 7:58pm on 1/11/11 Jill is in the hospital having her little girl. It should be anytime now. So we sent her a picture of Sadie excited to meet her cousin.
