Snow!

We woke up to this fabulous snow out our back door. I woke up a not so nice mommy. These little ones had an icky mommy for a bit. But I talked with a friend, had some prayer time and out we went. Boy did it cleanse the soul. The fresh air, the happy faces, and the sledding!
Noah usually hasn't liked the snow. He was a baby then, and now he's grown up some where along the line and he is my little man. So mature and organized and fun. He was first down our hill!

Then there were two!

When Sadie woke up, I bundled her and out she went with us. Poor thing was totally bundle wrapped, ready for the elements, but any skin showing turned to ice in minutes! She was a champ. Always has loved watching the boys be crazy.

One tough cookie.

Check out how stunning this is! Its our backyard people! Now you can understand how it cleansed my attitude so quickly. I was a kid again sledding with them. If Sadie wasn't freezing, we would still be out there for sure!

Sadie and I took the plunge with the boys to get a picture in the field.

And while they didn't turn out perfect, I still loved them. The camera fell in the snow face first, Sadie's socks came off and her tiny toes were in the cold snow, and the boys just wanted to be sledding. But we got some candid shots for sure.

Seriously, Zach was playing with Sadie's little fly away hair.

Here was the only one where they were all looking, but it was a bit blurry, so I tried the sepia.

Black and white was good too, but the colors are amazing. Somehow, they all matched. The planets aligned and we get this. Three happy kids, one happy mommy, and much snow to be played in!

We also had an amazing shower for my sister and the baby girl on the way. I will post all of those pictures when I have more than 5 minutes!
