Final Ode To Patton

Ok, so we have only a few pictures from this last week. We have so many that I can't comment on them all. You will notice a theme of the blue stick. Look for it.
Patton did go home on Saturday, and Jill says he has been sleeping for 2 days straight.
On this paticular day, it was 75 degrees out! For our family, that is smokin hot. Thus, Noah doesn't have his pant on. Again.

Everyone out in the sun.

Finally some pants.

I actually need to explain this one. Patton apparently likes to throw himself down and slide. He did this in some unidentifiable brown stuff. So I attemped to give him a bath. He hated it.

He finally had enough of it all and ran onto the grass sliding around. There were suds everywhere. I was defeated. Nonetheless, he smelled like lavender.

More fun times with Patton.

Once inside, it was all play. Spencer and Patton really enjoyed rough housin.

THE PLAYHOUSE

Papa and Tony were able to work on the playhouse Saturday. I think all we need now is the wood chips.

Noah thought the hammering was hilarious!

Ok, another "little" fetish of Noahs....Pattons tennis balls. He loves to throw them, watch them bounce and roll, and then chase them.

He also discovered the taste of dirt.

OUR HALLOWEEN PARTY

We had a little get together on Sunday. We ate homemade pasta sauce and meatballs. We carved pumpkins and ate homemade pumpkin cake. Yum!

Tony dressed Noah up early in his Monkey costume. He was so adorable.

The pumpkin contest begins. Of course, Tony's is the biggest one on the right.

...and the stick.

Uncle Sky became a babysitter for some of the evening.

Noah became interested in reorganizing the shoes.

...it went on late into the night....

Now the shoes need to be in the garbage.

The Yummy graveyard cake.

The pumkins are done! Doug had a skull, mine is the smilly face, Ali had a ghost, and Tonys is a ship. They turned out great.

The spoon update: He had been eating with his spoon all morning. I was doing dishes and looked back and he was all clean!! He normally holds the spoon and eats with his fingers. So this was big.

Sorry this blog is so random. I posted in the order that I took them. Have a great week.
